Martial Art is basically a field of discipline that provides training for combat. You can choose from the various Styles of Martial Arts available for training. Although there are styles that have been divided into sections, but basically all styles have in common is these are for fighting purposes. Taekwondo (or Tae Kwon Do)

This style of martial art is a Korean martial art that has two modern and popular concepts such as, (ITF)International Taekwondo Federation and (WTF) World Taekwondo Federation is an Olympic Sport. Judo-

This style is a very gentle way of martial art and has turned into a universal, popular Olympic sport. The training in Judo will teach how to put locks and holds on your opponent and throw them without kicking or punching.

Kung Fu-

The most popular Chinese martial art promoted by Bruce Lee, a method of combating that has been used in the real life street combating situations to defend effectively.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu-

The fastest growing martial art style in the world was exported by Japanese Judo and Jiu Jitsu masters to Brazil. This is similar to Jiu Jitsu with much more advance ways of locking, holding and choking your opponent.

MMA

Those in MMA have also trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Karate, Taekwondo or other martial art style, therefore it is called Mixed Martial Arts. It is similar to cage fighting which is a massive sport, and is played under the UFC, Pride and Cage Rage and an alternative to Boxing and a very explosive. MMA teaches how opponents can punch, kick, elbow, knee and wrestle each other and knockout.

Kick Boxing

This style of martial art is the second largest club sport developed by Americans as an alternative to Boxing, Kickboxing. It is a boxing sport where you are allowed to kick as well. You will learn traditional boxing techniques as well as a variety of kicks in Taekwondo style.

Choi Kwang Do-

This is a Korean art that concentrates on kicks and not above the waist, you will learn a variety of hand techniques too.

Tai Chi

This style is a Chinese art, famous as an old people’s martial art, that teaches meditation, relaxation and focuses on your inner energy.
